Day 1: Arrival – Saigon (D)
Welcome at the airport on arrival in Saigon and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
 
Day 2: Saigon – Cu Chi – Saigon (B/ L/ D)
Morning excursion to visit the famous Cu Chi Underground Tunnels which have become well-known worldwide as the symbol of Vietnamese bravery during war time. Return to the city for half-day city tour in the afternoon visiting the War Remnants Hall and bustling Chinatown with Thien Hau Temple. Photo stops at Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office and City Hall. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
 
Day 3: Saigon – Mekong Delta/Vinh Long – Saigon (B/ L/ D)
Drive to Cai Be district in the Mekong Delta in the morning. Upon arrival, take a boat ride on Mekong River to visit the Cai Be Floating Market where many kinds of seasonal fruits and vegetables are traded on boats. Continue the boat ride into the countryside of Vinh Long town visiting local homes, fruit & bonsai gardens and workshops. Enjoy a short hand-rowed sampan ride on small canals. Pick up in Vinh Long town and transfer by overland back to Saigon via My Thuan Bridge. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
 
Day 4: Saigon – Da Nang – Hoi An (B/ L/ D)
Transfer to the airport for domestic flight to Da Nang. Meet upon arrival in Da Nang and transfer for sightseeing tour around the city and the Museum of Cham Sculpture. Proceed to Hoi An and hotel check-in on arrival. Walk to visit old houses, pagodas, local market and Chinese community’s assembly halls in Hoi An ancient town in the afternoon. Overnight in Hoi An
 
Day 5: Hoi An – Hue (B/ L/ D)
Drive to Hue in the morning via Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach. Hotel check-in upon arrival. Afternoon city tour in Hue beginning with boat ride on Huong River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Continue by overland to visit the former Imperial Citadel. Overnight in Hue
 
Day 6: Hue – Ha Noi (B/ L/ D)
Transfer to the airport for domestic flight to Ha Noi in the morning. Meet at the airport on arrival and transfer for city tour in Ha Noi to visit the historical Ba Dinh Square with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (if open), Ho Chi Minh Stilts House and One-Pillar Pagoda. Continue to visit Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple. One-hour cyclo (tricycle) ride in the Old Quarter of Ha Noi and then enjoy some more walking in the area. Enjoy the evening show of the spectacular Water Puppetry. Overnight in Ha Noi
 
Day 7: Hanoi - Ha Long – Ha Noi (B/ L/ D)
Drive to Ha Long – 180 km from Hanoi. 4-hour boat cruise on the magnificent Ha Long Bay – a World Natural Heritage Site, explore natural limestone grottoes . Drive back to Ha Noi in the afternoon with short stop at a ceramic workshop in Dong Trieu.. Overnight in Ha Noi.
 
Day 8: Ha Noi – Departure (B)
Free time for relaxing until transfer to the airport for departure flight.
