Siem Reap (Angkor Complex) – Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville Beach with Relaxing

Day 1:  Arrive - Siem Reap (L, D)
Arrive in Siem Reap and transfer to hotel. Siem Reap is the base for exploring the fabled temples of Angkor, the ancient capital of the Khmer Empire.
Start with a visit to the Roluos Group of temples including Preak Ko, Ba Kong and Lo Lei.
Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon start the visit with the South Gate of the Great City of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon temple, the Baphoun, the Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King.
Dinner at local restaurant and Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2:  Siem Reap (B, L, D)
An early start to catch the sunrise (optional). Return to the hotel for breakfast. Morning visit to the magnificent 12thcentury Angkor Wat.
Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon continue to Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, Chau Say Tevoda, Tommanon and the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. The day ends with a spectacular sunset at Phnom Bakheng.
Dinner with Cambodian Traditional dance show at local restaurant & Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 3:  Siem Reap (B, L, D)
After breakfast drive to Banteay Srei, Kbal Spean (River of 1,000 Lingas) and Banteay Samre.
Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon continue to Pre Rup, East Mebon, Neak Poan and Preah Khan. Dinner & Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4:  Siem Reap-Phnom Penh (B, L, D)
After breakfast and depending on departure flight, visit the Siem Reap market and/or the workshops of Artisans d’Angkor (wood and stone carving) and/or the Landmine Museum of Mr Aki Ra before transferring to Siem Reap Airport for the flight to Phnom Penh. Transfer to hotel on arrival in Phnom Penh. Overnight in Phnom Penh. 
Lunch & Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 5:  Phnom Penh (B, L, D)
After breakfast start the morning with a visit to the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and the National Museum.
Lunch at local city restaurant.
In the afternoon visit Wat Phnom followed by Toul Sleng Genocide Museum, the Russian Market and the infamous Choeung Ek ‘Killing Fields’.
Dinner at local city restaurant & Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 6:  Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville (B, L, D)
After breakfast transfer to the beach resort of Sihanoukville, a journey of around three hours down National Route 4.
Arrive in Sihanoukville around midday and transfer to hotel.
Lunch at local restaurant.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Sihanoukville.

Day 7:  Sihanoukville (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure time for swimming and relaxation on the beach with vehicle and guide at disposal. Optional: visit and boat ride to Ream National Park (not included). Overnight in Sihanoukville.

Day 8:  Sihanoukville (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure time for swimming and relaxation on the beach with vehicle and guide at disposal. Overnight in Sihanoukville.

Day 9:  Sihanoukville-Phnom Penh (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel.
Afterwards head back to Phnom Penh with a short side trip to see the pine forests at Kirirom National Park en route, including Picnic Lunch.
After Lunch continue to Phnom Penh. Arrival in Phnom Penh and check in hotel. Dinner at local restaurant & Overnight in Phnom Penh. 

Day 10:  Depart - Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast time at leisure until transfer to Pochentong Airport for departure flight.
Note: this tour can also start in Phnom Penh.
